ParentSquare

Napoleon Area Schools is excited to announce the adoption of a new school-to-home communication platform, ParentSquare. Beginning June 2, 2025, ParentSquare will officially become the district’s primary platform for all district communications, and this will replace the Remind system. This transition includes communications related to: delay and closure notifications, academics, school and athletics events, teacher and coach communication. With ParentSquare, parents and guardians can expect a safe, user-friendly and consistent experience that allows for seamless messaging with district administrators, school principals, teachers, coaches, and staff. Families already registered as parents or guardians of current students do not need to re-enroll; they will be automatically connected to ParentSquare. 
 

Activate Your Account

Your child(ren)’s school has your email and/or phone number on file and will use that information to begin the setup process for ParentSquare. You will receive an invitation via email and/or text with a link to activate your ParentSquare account. We will be sending out these invitations on May 27th. If you are a parent or guardian of a current student and do not receive an invite by May 28th, please reach out to the Technology Department at 419-599-2084 or email technology@napoleonareaschools.org. If you are a community member, grandparent, staff spouse, or anyone else who would like to stay informed about school delays, cancellations, and important announcements, please scroll to the bottom of this page for instructions on how to join our Napoleon Community Notifications Group.
 

Parents/Guardians - Here are the directions to activate your account once you receive your invite:

1. From your email, click the button, Activate your account.
 
2. Or, from your text message, click the Register link
 
3. Register by entering your Email or Phone Number, then click Get Started. 
 
 

ParentSquare Phone App

After accepting your invitation, you can download and log in to the ParentSquare app. The app is available in both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Sign-Up Requests, Photos, and Files—right at your fingertips!
